Site Visit

Our experienced Delivery Manager will visit with you on your building site to review the particulars of your project so that all your questions are answered and no stone is left unturned.

Financing

The next step is securing financing. Our experienced Business Manager will gladly assist you through this daunting process. Our team works diligently to find the best rates and options to service our customers.

Purchasing

The final step of the process is the purchase. Once the purchase is finalized your home will begin construction and within a few months you can be living in your new home.
